Nationwide shipping Germany

The pallet prices presented in the “Germany-wide shipping” category include Germany-wide shipping (except for islands that do not have a road connection to the mainland).

Single shipment

This applies to items from the single delivery category, items that can be shipped via parcel shipping with DHL. One-off shipping costs within Germany, highest shipping class (9.90 €), above that depending on quantity and weight.

2. Sale directly from Warehouse

All prices in the "Pick up" categories apply ex Miropell.de warehouse without transport. The goods can be picked up during our opening hours or by prior arrangement by phone.

3. Payment methods

For warehouse sales we offer: payment in advance, cash payment, direct debit

When shipping, we offer: payment in advance, cash payment, direct debit

Sofortüberweisung 

You simply pay in advance. As soon as we have received the money, your ordered goods will be released for dispatch/collection (even in real time with immediate transfer).

Credit Card Payments 

Pay quickly and easily with your credit card. We support Master and Visa cards.

Payment in cash

You can pay for the goods in cash in our warehouse or in the office.

Debit Charge (Lastschrift)

Payment by direct debit, like purchase on account, is one of the most popular payment methods in online retail. Because the direct debit procedure is extremely easy and convenient for both you as a customer and for us. In order to be able to pay by direct debit, enter your account details in a form field in the online shop. The selection of payment by direct debit as well as the entry of the account data is evaluated as a direct debit authorization. We then use the bank details to instruct our bank to collect the corresponding amount.

Due to an increasing number of returned direct debits, the goods will be dispatched after 7 working days at the earliest!

4. Shipping Methods

Selfpickup

Collection from the warehouse during our opening hours or by prior arrangement by telephone.

Standard-Shipping with Courier

The shipping company will call you at least 1 day before delivery to arrange a delivery date with you. If, contrary to our agreement with the forwarding agent, the delivery has not been announced and the truck arrives at you at an inappropriate time, you can refuse acceptance. Please inform us in any case, even if you have accepted the goods despite the lack of a notification.

5. Delivery Vehicles

Deliveries are made free to the curb with 7.5t or 12t/40t trucks/vans. Delivery to the property is not guaranteed. The driveway to the unloading point must be at least 2.70 m wide and 3.60 m high. The customer is obliged to indicate any access restrictions or obstacles when placing his order. If no written information was provided and delivery cannot be made due to the lack of information, the transport costs will be charged to the recipient of the goods.
